SAFETY & INSURANCE
SAFETY
Safety is paramount and our friendly and professional instructors will ensure that all activities are done as safely as possible. Guests will be given a full safety briefing before starting any activity and fully qualified First Aiders are always present with each group. We ask guests to advise us of any pre-existing medical conditions or other potential problems, but we will never force anyone to go outside their personal comfort zone – we would like you to be challenged however, so we will gently encourage you to do that!

For certain activities such as quad-biking, guests will be asked to sign a disclaimer, which complies with our insurance cover, but as before, will be given a full safety briefing before we begin. We are proud to say we have never had a serious accident in our 15 years of operation – and we aim to keep it that way!
INSURANCE
We have £5 million public liability insurance so that guests can rest assured that if something happens due to our negligence, we are insured to cover this eventuality.
