MAVIS HALL PARK - Who We Are and What We Do
Mavis Hall Park Ltd started life as a family business, after Stuart and Fiona’s parents retired from the farming business in 1987. Since then it has become established as one of the best known event management companies in Scotland.
Last year we hosted around 200 events for over 5000 guests. Our clients include blue chip companies and incentive clients from Scotland, the rest of the UK and around the world.
Our core staff are supported by a professional and friendly team of associates. We are dedicated to offering you the best possible service to provide you with a memorable day. If you are organising an event, our aim is to take all your headaches away, leaving you to enjoy the day.
Since every client’s event is special, we will make a point of discussing your requirements with you in detail before providing a full proposal with costs so that you can see exactly how the event will be run. Quotations will normally be sent out within 24 hours.
"Thank you again for a fourth excellent day of fun and adventure. All our staff had a wonderful time but for me, most importantly, it is always so easy and pleasurable to deal with you and your team, both while organising the event and during the day itself !

The Mavis Hall Park Team
Amazingly, the ‘Core Four’ have been working together for over 10 years and some of our part time team have been with us since the business began in 1987 !
Fiona Elworthy, Managing Director, co-ordinates and oversees most of what is going on. Normally based in the office, she is responsible for proposals, site inspections and event management as well as marketing.
Stuart Elworthy, Events Director, coordinates outdoor events. As well as ensuring that everything is ready for your arrival, he is also our principal Clay Pigeon Shooting instructor as well as providing professional instruction in most of the other activities on offer.
Alastair Beck, Accounts and administration manager. Al joined us in 1995 and usually helps out in the office, paying bills and issuing invoices. Ever flexible, for a bit of variety he can be a mean instructor in The Haggis Malt Challenge and will challenge you with his team building concepts.
Keith Kelly, Outside event manager, has been with the company since 1993 and is the company’s principal off road driving instructor as well as a clay pigeon shooting instructor . He can turn his hand to almost anything and is invaluable as our very own Mr Fix-it.
Jenny Pringle, is another family member, being the sister of Stuart and Fiona. She is brilliant as the catering co-ordinator – ensuring that everything is ready for you when you come in hungry from the activities. Her home-made flap-jacks take a bit of beating too!
Elaine Ballantine, In the busy months, Elaine keeps us calm in the office, helping out on a part-time basis. Her decorating skills to dress up the barn are also much appreciated.
Edward Elworthy, Yet another family member ! Edward is a non-executive director and financial adviser to the company.
