MAVIS HALL PARK

Mavis Hall Park Ltd is a small family owned business which has been organising events since 1987. Our long experience and small friendly team means that you get a personal touch combined with a professional approach to help create your event.

Our own venue, Mavis Hall Park, is home to a cluster of traditional farm buildings which hide a secret. They act as the base for a whole host of activities which take place in the surrounding 200 acres.

Tucked away at the foot of the Lammermuir Hills, Mavis Hall Park has all the peace and tranquillity of a country setting, combined with the convenience of being only 40 minutes from Edinburgh city centre.

If you cannot come here to us, we are fully mobile and can run your event wherever it best suits you (subject to suitable land being available). Do please ask us for venue recommendations or have a look at our Other Venues section.

We can accommodate numbers from 1 to over 1500 for corporate days and our farm buildings with their old-world charm can take up to 330 (more if we add a marquee) for a delicious barn dinner.

Our event specialities are bespoke Activity Days and Team Building Events for corporate and foreign groups. Having said that, Stag and Hen parties, private groups and individuals are all equally welcome.

Why not try out your sporting skills ? – there’s Clay Pigeon Shooting, Crossbow, Archery and Falconry, or choose from an exciting and varied menu of vehicle challenges like Quad Bikes, 4 x 4 Off Road Driving, Honda Pilots, The Cracker, or Hovercraft.

If you want to get a real taste of Scotland then a Highland Games followed by a Ceilidh in the barns is a great experience.

The Rustic Farm Steading and 200 acre grounds with their own private loch are also gaining a reputation as the perfect venue for a Wedding with a difference.
